This UPS map will give you a good idea of how long it will take to receive your order.
Orders can be shipped via U.P.S. or U.S.P.S to the United States only.
Shipping Options:
U.P.S. Ground: The most reliable method. All items can ship this way, regardless of weight or classification.
U.P.S. 3rd Day Select: For customers on or near the west coast who need their order in a hurry. Refer to Zone chart above to see if you are more then 3 days shipping away from us. This option is considered Air, which means no liquids can be shipped this way.
U.S. Mail Shipping: This shipping method is a combination of First Class, Priority and Parcel post. This is the most effective way for us to offer mail-shipping options with the restrictions of the Yahoo checkout system. Here is how it works we ship small items (that can be shipped in a padded mailer) First Class, orders from 1 to 5 pounds ship Priority Mail and orders over 5 pounds ship Parcel Post. These shipping rates calculate by Zip code and weight and are broken down for First Class by ounces, Priority by pounds and Parcel Post in 5-Pound increments. We drop our packages off at the post office daily weekdays, around noon.
Order processing:
All orders are professionally packed and processed as quickly as possible.
Orders to be shipped UPS received before 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. typically ship the same day. Orders placed later in the day will be shipped the next business day.
Orders to be shipped via U.S.P.S received before 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. typically ship the same day. Orders placed later in the day will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday are processed first thing Monday morning. The only exceptions are for holidays.
Ohio residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
Online Return policy:
Please contact us at sales@hobbysetcohio.com within 3 days of receiving your order to report any problems with your order or items damaged in shipping. No damage claim can be considered if the carton is not listed as damaged when signed for at time of delivery. E-mail us at sales@hobbysetcohio.com . You will be solely responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise noted.
Good merchandise returns: Any item returned new and unopened is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Defective products: The majority of the products sold through this site carry a manufacturer's warranty. We will do our best to take care of any problem that you may have in house. However in some cases we will direct you to contact the manufacturer of the product for product repair or replacement. Any item returned to us that looks used will not receive any credit
